Tennessee Solar Institute's Report - Lawson Electric's Solar Profile
July 31, 2012 - Lawson Electric was profiled in the Tennessee Solar Institute's report - Advancing the Growth of Solar Across Tennessee - which was released today. Lawson Electric believes in the benefits of solar not only for environmental reasons, but also for assisting other businesses in generating money through the savings provided by solar.
According to TSI's report, their programs and activities have benefited more than 175 Tennessee businesses during the past two-and-a-half years, stimulating economic development and job creation. Click here to download the full report. |

December 20, 2011 - Lawson's headquarters project was funded in part by the Tennessee Solar Institute. The Tennessee Solar Institute is part of the Volunteer State Solar Initiative, a comprehensive solar energy and economic development program that was established using $62.5 million in American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 funding received by the Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development.
